VIVA!
A fun, effective full body workout to great music!
Low complexity, high energy cardio dance plus standing toning work for legs, bum. arms & core.
Set to great music this class will raise your pulse while firming and toning all muscle groups.
FLEX EXPRESS
This is a 40 minute workout using highly effective resistance bands to tone and firm all muscle groups. Resistance bands are provided, please bring a mat for some core floorwork.
